Facts :: Myth's Rapes are only sex. Whats the problem?
The problem is that rape is not sex. It is about dominance and control and uses sex as a
weapon of power and anger. To be raped is to be violated and stripped of control and
self-determination.
Rape only happens to those who ask for it.
A womans behavior is irrelevant. The way she dresses is irrelevant. Just because
someone thinks that she may be promiscuous does not make it so. Rape is rape. Rape is a
crime.
